Hello! I’m Caitlin, CJ for short.

I spent years as an ER nurse, caring for others while my own well-being quietly slipped through the cracks. Long hours, missed sleep, and relentless stress left both my body and mind out of balance. I realized that while I could heal others, I wasn’t giving myself the same care and attention I deserved. That’s when my journey into holistic wellness began. Through somatic therapy, peptides, and intentional lifestyle changes, I reclaimed my energy, confidence, and joy. Wellness, I discovered, isn’t just physical—it’s all-encompassing. It’s about honoring your mind, body, heart, and spirit, not just checking off goals. But wellness is more than science—it’s the human experience. When words don’t suffice, I move. I dance. I sing. Some of my favorite moments are unapologetically silly: twirling in my living room, dancing with my fur babies Cookie and Meera, or singing along to Shania Twain in the mirror. These moments of shameless self-expression are just as much a part of my practice as any therapy session.

I know what it feels like to carry grief, stress, and self-doubt. I’ve lost incredible women in my life—grandmothers, aunts, even a sister—and through it all, movement, music, and self-care have helped me heal. I believe vulnerability, honesty, and emotional connection are superpowers, not weaknesses. Today, as an entrepreneur and business owner, I guide others to reclaim control of their health, energy, and emotional well-being. My approach is holistic and personalized, combining medical knowledge with emotional intelligence, movement, and proven wellness modalities. I help clients set boundaries, release what no longer serves them, and create a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.
